Current rent is $350. There is rental subsidy available for a limited number of apartments for people who are low income.

What is included with the rent?

Electric heat, lights, water, sewer and refuse disposal are included in the rent.

Is there cable television?

Yes, cable TV at an additional charge of $35.00 a month. This charge is set by the cable company and could change annually.

Is there Air Conditioning?

Residents must supply their own SLEEVE TYPE air conditioner. No window air conditioners are allowed. There is a seasonal air conditioner charge of $50.00.

What are the income requirements?

There are no maximum income limits for residents.
